An elegant evening surrounded by greenery, where fire meets the taste of farmhouse food and fine wine, in a slow ritual that smells of wood, speck and freedom.
,,Aperifire´´

A simple, authentic life in tune with nature.
A luxury called freedom
The sun rises behind the mountains and the day begins early at the farm. At 5:30 in the morning, the farm awakens to the crowing of roosters and the clanging of buckets: it's time to milk the cows. The fresh milk is served to customers or delivered to the Mila dairy.
After milking, the animals are fed: cows, chickens and rabbits wait patiently. Children visiting the farm love to help at this time, bringing hay or collecting eggs that are still warm.
Around 8:00 a.m., there is a hearty breakfast with farm products: homemade bread, fruit jams from the garden, fresh milk and cured speck.
The morning continues with work in the vegetable garden: sowing, watering, and harvesting herbs and vegetables. In summer, it is haymaking time: the hay is cut and turned in the sun to prepare for winter supplies.
After lunch (simple but genuine), there is a break, then it's back to small jobs: wood repairs, machinery maintenance, fruit picking or preparing products for sale.
In the afternoon, it's back to the barn: the cows are milked a second time and the bedding is cleaned. Younger visitors often help enthusiastically, discovering the value of hard work and collaboration.
In the evening, when the sky turns red and the noises fade away, it is time to rest under the stars, perhaps in front of a bonfire or a dinner with friends, with simple food, sincere laughter and the scent of the mountains.

Where greenery is care, silence is style and relaxation becomes art:
A luxury called peace

A valley full of history and tradition, but above all a valley of mountains unique in the world. Alta Badia is located in the center of the Dolomites.
